When you request a quotation, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, full property address, postcode, product interests and project details. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and provide requested services.

Quotation form provider

Website enquiries are processed through Netlify Forms so they can be delivered to us and protected from spam. Form information may therefore be processed by Netlify on our behalf.

Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the website and which actions lead to enquiries. Analytics information may include pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source and interactions such as quotation submissions, telephone clicks and WhatsApp clicks.

Google Analytics is not loaded until you select Accept analytics. You can reject analytics without affecting the quotation form or other essential website functions.

Cookies and changing your choice

The website stores your cookie preference so it does not ask on every page. If you accept analytics, Google may set additional cookies used for measurement. Select the Cookie settings button at the bottom of the website at any time to change your preference.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers, including Netlify and Google, to operate and measure the website. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for enquiries, contracts, legal obligations, security and customer service.
